There are two aspects of research that particularly resonate with me. First is its tangible influence on real marketing decisions. My experience on the client side has proved the necessity of incorporating consumer feedback, not merely relying on the company’s internal viewpoints. The second is the chance for a deeper understanding of reality, people and their choices. My curious nature doesn’t get bored, and my exposure to varied brands and categories widens my overall perspective.
