Please read the following rules of the privacy policy in order to understand how your personal data will be processed when using our Panel, what Zymetria Sp. z o.o.’s obligations are with respect to the protection of personal data of the Panel’s users, and what rights and obligations it establishes with respect to privacy and personal data protection. These rules may change from time to time, so please familiarise yourself with their content periodically.

1. DATA PROTECTION

  • By registering in the Panel, Users consent to the collection, storage, processing and use by Zymetria Sp. z o.o. of information provided for the purpose of market research.
  • Zymetria Sp. z o.o. will transfer to third parties the information provided by the Users in an aggregated and anonymous form, without information identifying individual Users.
  • Only authorised employees of Zymetria Sp. z o.o. and persons managing the database shall have access to information entered by Users. However, it should be remembered that no data transmission on the Internet is 100% secure. By using the Website, the User acknowledges such risk.
  • The User acknowledges and accepts that Zymetria Sp. z o.o. may transfer his/her personal data to partners cooperating with it in the scope of the operation of the Zymetria.pl portal and market research conducted. Such information may include the User’s name and address, as well as any other information necessary for the proper conduct of market research or a part thereof by an external company.
  • Zymetria Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy of children online. We consider a child to be any person under the age of 16. Where children are invited to participate in surveys, we will not require any personal information about the child other than that provided by the parent / legal guardian and the child’s responses. 2. COMMITMENTS REGARDING PRIVACY OF PORTAL USERS

  • Zymetria Sp. z o.o. shall at all times respect the privacy of the Users and maintain the confidentiality of the answers they choose, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  • The User’s name, address, telephone number, personal data and answers will be used only in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.
  • Research conducted by Zymetria Sp. z o.o. is not intended to sell anything to the Users or to extort money from them.
  • Zymetria Sp. z o.o. respects the decisions made by users to participate in surveys, answer specific questions or resign from membership in the Panel.

3. COOKIES

  • In order to improve, the quality of the services provided, the website https://research.zymetria.pl may use “cookies”. Cookies are understood to be computer data in particular text files stored on the users’ terminal equipment for the purpose of using websites. These cookies allow the website to recognise the user’s device and display the website adapted to the user’s individual preferences accordingly. “Cookies” usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.
  • Zymetria Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to use cookies in order to facilitate the use of the Portal by users, to establish traffic patterns on the website and for other similar purposes.
  • Zymetria Sp. z o.o. uses, in principle, two types of “cookies” – “session” and “permanent”. The first are temporary files that remain on the User’s device until they log off from the website or switch off the software (web browser). “Permanent” files remain on the User’s device for the time specified in the parameters of “cookies” or until they are manually deleted by the User.
  • By default, web browsing software allows the placement of “cookies” on your terminal device. These settings can be changed in such a way as to block the automatic handling of “cookies” in the settings of your web browser or inform you each time they are sent to your device. Detailed information about the possibility and methods of handling “cookies” is available in the settings of your software (web browser). Restricting the use of “cookies” may affect some of the functionalities available on the website, and before you decide to change the default settings, however, remember that many “cookies” help to make the website more convenient to use. Disabling cookies may affect how our website is displayed in your browser. For our research to be carried out correctly, it is necessary to accept cookies from our system.

4. SEQUENCE OF PAGES VISITED

When we use the Internet, we leave a trace of electronic information on every page we visit. This type of information, also known as navigation data, may be collected

and stored by the web page server. Navigation data provide information about the type of computer and browser you are using, as well as the address of the website from which you navigated to the Site. Zymetria Sp. z o.o. may collect and use navigational data in aggregate form in order to determine anonymously how much time Respondents spend on particular subpages of the zymetria.pl Website, how Respondents navigate the Website and how it may modify the subpages so that they best meet the needs of Users. This information will be used to improve the quality of the Website and services provided by Zymetria Sp. z o.o.. The collection or use of navigational data will be done anonymously and in aggregate form, and will not intentionally include any personal data.

5. USE OF THE PORTAL BY CHILDREN

  • From time to time, Zymetria Sp. z o.o. may conduct research intended for children.
  • In such cases, Zymetria Sp. z o.o. will ask parents for permission for their children to participate in the study. If such permission is granted, Zymetria Sp. z o.o. will send the parent a link to the survey, in which the child may participate.
  • Zymetria Sp. z o.o. encourages parents and guardians to monitor their children’s Internet use.
  • Internet use by children. While the child is completing the survey, the parent or guardian is responsible for supervising the child.
  • Zymetria Sp. z o.o. will not knowingly contact children directly to invite them to participate in a survey or promotion.

6. RESIGNATION FROM THE PANEL

  • If you wish to cancel your membership of the Panel, you may request the deletion of your personal data by sending an e-mail to: badania@zymetria.pl.
  • Failure to comply with the correct membership cancellation procedure may delay the deletion of User data.
  • Zymetria Sp. z o.o. undertakes to process membership cancellation requests immediately. However, a certain period of time may elapse between the sending of the request and the deletion of the user’s account, which means that the user, after submitting the cancellation request, may continue to receive emails from the Site for this period of time.

FINAL STATEMENTS

  • This Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Zymetria Sp. z o.o. regarding privacy and personal data protection.
  • This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Poland.
