Definition, process and results

A research community is a combination of a research platform and a social network, which provides unique opportunities in research. It allows real-time access to consumers, and results are often available “at a glance.” It also has the advantage that respondents agree to a long-term relationship. So it is possible to conduct longer surveys of the same people because they have agreed to be available.

This gives us the opportunity to make additional inquiries, to return to the same respondents with a new version of the idea, to combine qualitative and quantitative research. It is also possible to select a community for a specific purpose. In addition to our own developed Zymetria community, we build communities exclusive to our Clients.
