Definition, process and results

This survey works similarly to a discussion forum, but conducted by a moderator according to a detailed scope of discussion agreed with the client, divided into days and threads. Respondents can read posts, answer questions, share comments, post their own content, multimedia, upload and download a variety of files.

The discussion here can last from one to several or even a dozen days, resulting in the respondent’s immersion in the topic under study, the opportunity to do various tasks, homework in the course. The asynchronicity of the discussion is often used in studies of hard-to-grasp targets at standard hours, such as parents of young children
