New quality in research – AIMI by Zymetria

Fiest in Poland, we are launching AI video&voice moderated interviews, a methodology that is changing the way quantitative and qualitative research is conducted. Artificial intelligence beautifully and naturally talks to respondents from Zymetria’s research panel.

What we already know about the benefits of the method:
– In quantitative research – richer responses to open-ended questions. Respondents are more comfortable giving longer, more natural, unforced answers. AIMI allows you to collect more valuable responses from open-ended questions than traditional questionnaires. Not only more quantitatively, but also more complete insights!
– In qualitative research – a modern, low-barrier form of interviewing. More honesty, less stress. Also reaching groups that don’t normally participate in qualitative research, or where the subject matter is a barrier. Quick execution time on large samples, e.g. N=50

Of course – AI does not do all the job on its own. Zymetria’s experienced researchers ensure every step of the way – from scripting to data analysis and business and strategic recommendations.
